JAG supports Lux for Barnet Homes

We are proud to announce our collaboration with Lux Services, working on behalf of Barnet Homes, to deliver comprehensive damp, mould, and condensation surveys.

This partnership enables Barnet Homes to maintain continuity in addressing critical housing issues, particularly during periods of increased demand or resource challenges such as staff absences due to sickness or annual leave. By providing vital backup support, we help ensure residents’ needs are met promptly and effectively.

In addition to survey services, we have been engaged as an independent reviewer for properties where the Housing Ombudsman has been involved. This impartial role reinforces our commitment to delivering fair, thorough, and unbiased assessments, offering assurance to both residents and stakeholders.
