JAG partners with Norwich City Council

This partnership allows us to provide vital support to Norwich City Council in addressing rising housing issues, particularly during periods of increased demand or resource shortages caused by staff sickness or annual leave. Our responsive approach ensures continuity and efficiency in tackling these critical concerns.

In addition to survey services, we have also been called upon as an independent reviewer for properties where the Housing Ombudsman has been involved. This impartial role underscores our dedication to fairness and delivering thorough, unbiased assessments, offering reassurance to both the council and its tenants.
